Foundational Plan
Two 60-minute sessions per month, with session notes and action steps delivered after each one. A steady, sustainable rhythm for clients who are ready to begin the work and build real momentum over time.

Sometimes a company grows faster than its infrastructure can keep up with. The systems that worked at ten people start breaking at thirty. The team is stretched, the work is piling up, and what you actually need is an experienced operational leader, just not necessarily full-time and not necessarily forever.
I bring nearly thirty years of operational leadership to organizations navigating growth, transition, or complexity. My background spans sourcing and supply chain strategy, risk and compliance, customer experience, and team and culture building across multiple industries. I work inside the organization alongside your team, not as an outside consultant handing you a deck. I build what your business actually needs to operate at the next level.
This engagement is designed for founders and CEOs of growing companies, typically post-seed through Series B, who need serious operational leadership without a full-time hire. It is also well suited to customer-experience-intensive businesses that need a Chief Experience Officer who understands both the strategic and operational sides of CX.
Typically 10 to 20 hours per week. Six-month minimum. Pricing customized to scope. We begin with a structured discovery conversation before we define the terms.
Executive Coaching
One-on-one leadership coaching for senior leaders and executives navigating complexity, transition, or growth. Available on retainer or hourly, with a six-month minimum engagement and fully customized scope.
Orientation Session
Immersive Plan
Four 60-minute sessions per month, with session notes, action steps, and between-session support. For clients navigating active transitions or high-stakes challenges who want sustained, intensive engagement.
$1,100 per month
Team Training & Workshops
Facilitated sessions on leadership, communication, organizational culture, and managing through transition. Available in half-day or full-day formats, designed around your specific outcomes.
Strategic Consulting
Organizational strategy, risk and compliance leadership, and talent advisory for companies building new capabilities or navigating significant change. Six-month minimum, with pricing customized to scope.
Individual sessions are available at $325 per 60 minutes for existing and returning clients.
Corporate & Executive Services
Proserpina Returns also works with organizations. All corporate and executive engagements require a minimum six-month commitment. Pricing is customized to the scope of each engagement; executive coaching is available on both a retainer and an hourly basis.
