Foundational Plan
Two 60-minute sessions per month, with session notes and action steps delivered after each one. A steady, sustainable rhythm for clients who are ready to begin the work and build real momentum over time.

Executive Coaching
One-on-one leadership coaching for senior leaders and executives navigating complexity, transition, or growth. Available on retainer or hourly, with a six-month minimum engagement and fully customized scope.
Orientation Session
Immersive Plan
Four 60-minute sessions per month, with session notes, action steps, and between-session support. For clients navigating active transitions or high-stakes challenges who want sustained, intensive engagement.
$1,100 per month
Team Training & Workshops
Facilitated sessions on leadership, communication, organizational culture, and managing through transition. Available in half-day or full-day formats, designed to meet your team where they are.
Strategic Consulting
Organizational strategy, risk and compliance leadership, and talent advisory for companies building new capabilities or navigating significant change. Six-month minimum, with pricing customized to scope.

Corporate & Executive Services
Proserpina Returns also works with organizations. All corporate and executive engagements require a minimum six-month commitment. Pricing is customized to the scope of each engagement; executive coaching is available on both a retainer and an hourly basis.
