Foundational Plan
Sometimes a company grows faster than its operational infrastructure can support. The systems that worked at ten people start breaking at thirty. The team is stretched, the work is piling up, projects are falling behind, and what you actually need is an experienced operational leader who can acclimate quickly to your culture, to provide real outcomes, just not necessarily full-time and not necessarily forever.
I bring nearly thirty years of operational leadership to organizations navigating growth, transition, or complexity. My background spans operational strategy, risk and compliance, customer experience, leadership development, project management, and team and culture building across multiple industries. I work inside the organization alongside your staff as an integrated member of your team. I assess where your operation can be optimized, research and present recommendations for remediation, and build what your business needs to operate at the next level.
This engagement is designed for founders and CEOs of growing companies, start-ups and scale-ups, who need serious operational leadership without a full-time hire. It is also well suited to customer-experience-intensive businesses that need a Chief Experience Officer who understands both the strategic and operational sides of CX.
Typically 10 to 20 hours per week. Six-month minimum. Pricing customized to scope. We begin with a structured discovery conversation before we define the terms.
Executive Coaching
One-on-one leadership coaching for senior leaders and executives navigating complexity, transition, or growth. Available on retainer or hourly, with a six-month minimum engagement and fully customized scope.

Immersive Plan
Six 60-minute sessions over 6 months, with session notes, action steps, and between-session support. Includes a mid-point check-in, for clients who want sustained momentum through an extended season of change.

Corporate & Executive Services
Proserpina Returns also works with organizations. All corporate and executive engagements require a minimum six-month commitment. Pricing is customized to the scope of each engagement; executive coaching is available on both a retainer and an hourly basis.
