I’m Rebecca Fowler, and I live and work in Southern California on the unceded ancestral lands of the Kizh, Cahuilla, and Payómkawichum peoples.
Before becoming a full-time coach, I spent years in corporate leadership and teaching. Over time, I realized that what matters most is helping people navigate the real, often messy passages of life — the moments of ending and beginning, of change and becoming. I specialize in supporting people through transitions of all kinds: job changes, shifts in identity, loss and grief, and other personal life passages that call for clarity, integrity, and reflection.
Outside of this work, I tend gardens, enjoy deep conversations, and cook meals that bring people together. I share a life filled with love and laughter with my partner, three of our adult children, and one grandchild. I’m grateful for the communities and relationships that shape my life. I look forward to meeting you and to the work we might do together.
Through consultation, coaching, and training, I help leaders remove obstacles to collective potential by aligning people around a shared purpose. As a coach and teacher, my work centers on supporting individuals in becoming their most authentic and integrated selves—in life, in relationships, in leadership, and in service. I guide people toward deeper self-awareness, understanding, and compassion by helping them reconnect with their own inner truth.
Whether described as alignment, fulfillment, joy, love, enlightenment, or transcendence, I am devoted to exploring what it means to live an empowered and meaningful life. I believe we are all sovereign beings, capable of choosing our own paths. My work is rooted in deep compassion for all beings within an interconnected web of life, respect for the land and its restoration to its peoples, and a profound respect for the power and complexity of the human psyche. I am an activist—antiracist, antifascist, and anti-empire—and a committed ally of the queer community. For more than 20 years, I have walked my own contemplative and spiritual path as a practitioner, mentor, and teacher.
I hold a BA in Literature from UCLA with a minor in Psychology, and an MS in Psychology with an emphasis on Leadership, Coaching, and Development. For nearly three decades, my work as a leader and educator has spanned organizational development, self-actualization, business operations, management, leadership, and coaching.
I consider it a privilege and honor to share this journey with you for a time.
Love - Truth - Wisdom - Gratitude - Compassion
These are the personal values that keep me focused, fulfilled, and anchored in my best self, where I can act from the powerful position of being fully committed to my choices. Being at our best is not only about peak performance, but summoning our most aligned and purposeful action in any given situation - the one we believe will bring us closer to the life and the world we want to manifest.
